In case you have already received your goods, you must return them to us within 15 days from the day you receive your order. All expenses for the returns are paid by the customer.

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us, remember to ask for proof of postage, so if your parcel goes missing in the mail, you’ll have proof you have sent it. We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve received your return in its original condition and will issue a full refund to your original payment method (excluding original delivery charge). The refund typically takes 5-10 working days, depending on your bank/card issuer. All goods will be inspected on return.
For reasons of health and hygiene, we cannot offer refunds on opened packages. Earrings cannot be returned if the package has been opened. For more information on the return policy, feel free to contact us.
